64% of SOC Analysts Are Going to Quit in the Next 12 Months

In the next six month, 64 percent of your SOC analysts are going to quit next year, said Eoin Hinchy, CEO and co-founder, Tines quoting a survey the company did of 468 SOC analysts.

Simply put, SOC analysts are burnt out. In this video Eoin and I discussed the issue and really what the purpose is of the SOC from many different angles.
