Please join us on Friday June 5, 2026 for Super Cyber Friday.
Our topic of discussion will be “Hacking Agentic Access: An hour of critical thinking about the new world of NHI.”

In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:
- If we never fully solved NHI governance for service accounts and API keys, why do we think we’re ready to handle agents?
- Where does NHI end and agentic access begin, and does that line actually matter to attackers?
- What did the NHI problem teach us that we’re still ignoring as we hand agents access to production systems?
- Is agentic access a new security problem or just the moment NHI’s deferred debt finally comes due?
- If an agent causes a breach, who owns it: the developer who built it, the team that deployed it, or the platform that ran it?
- How do you enforce least privilege when agents are designed to figure out what access they need at runtime?
- Just-in-time, just-in-scope access was a principle we mostly abandoned with static NHI. How do we plan to operationalize it for agents at speed and scale?
- When an agent’s access window needs to be milliseconds, what does a meaningful access policy even look like?
- What does an identity program for agents need that current IAM and PAM tools simply don’t provide?
- Where should security teams draw the line between enabling agent autonomy and requiring human checkpoints on access decisions?
Huge thanks to our sponsor, Oasis Security

It all starts at 1 PM Eastern/10 AM Pacific. At the end of the hour [2 PM Eastern/11 AM Pacific] we’ll switch gears to our meetup where everyone will get a chance to chat face to face.
ALSO…
