First, do not panic.
Your favorite hosts of CISO Series shows are not going anywhere.
BUT, we’re developing a new show and we’re looking for your NEXT favorite CISO Series hosts.
And we’re looking for a pair of them, possibly two pairs!
Submit a recording to be CISO Series hosts
- We’re looking for a two-person recording. You and a friend get on the microphone and explain something, anything in cyber.
- The recording should be 5-10 minutes in length. Audio only.
- Send your submissions via our contact form or via info@ciso-dev.davidspark.dcgws.com. Label it “PODCAST AUDITION.”
- This is a part-time paid position
- DEADLINE: THURSDAY March 7th, 2024
NOTE: If you are struggling to find a partner, please let us know you’re interested in submitting and we will do our best to try to match you with someone. It’s better if you can find someone though for which you already know.
The IDEAL submission
- Your conversation should clearly explain one aspect of cyber (a type of threat, a technology, or a trend).
- We are looking for for a duo with technical or practitioner understanding.
- You both come off as knowledgeable, and that you did your homework on the subject. You don’t guess on facts. You actually looked them up before the recording. CISO Series shows are very well produced and we would want our new hosts to be good producers as well.
- The two of you communicate well together.
- You know your audience. This audience is in cyber, and they are savvy practitioners, but they want to understand complicated issues. Even the CISOs who listen appreciate the education. Don’t talk to us like we’re third graders, but you also don’t have to give a graduate-level dissertation.
- Lastly, it’s clear you enjoy the subject and you’re having fun with it.
